redirect scanners

Hi there,

 

Is there a possibility to redirect scanners?

 

In our company we move more and more departments to our new Terminal

Servers. At the helpdesk we get more and more questions how to get a scanned

document into the Terminal Server environment. It's becomes a problem now.
