problem streaming

I've reformatted my asspire 5715Z with windows7, now after streaming for 5 or 6 mins the laptop shuts down completely. If I wait a minute or two and then turn it back on I can stream all night. Very annoying. Can anyone help?

Can you please tell us what exactly do you mean when you say the word "streaming". Do you mean buffering a video or something? Please elaborate a bit more in your next post. :)

Hello Sfevie. I think it is a problem with your Power Management settings. Please try adjusting them according to your needs and see if they make a difference or not. Instructions are available here, if you need them.

Does this happen only when you're "streamin"? very weird..probably some video driver conflict, try reinstalling/updating the drivers
