Hi All,

Already posted my problem, and have had some good, quick replies. Thank you.

My first PC was an intel pentium 100Mhz, 8mb Ram, 640Mb hardrive, and windows 95. (cost £999.99 at the time!)

My knowledge is basic, and have no education in PCs. I have been taking computers apart since the mid late 90's, when my AMD 300Mhz with 32 Mb Ram wouldnt start (it was awesome! lol) I fixed the problem as the hardware aspect really isn't as complicated as people think.

The PC I have now is home built, (not because it was cheaper, because I have always wanted to build one from scratch). Worked first time much to my surprise!

Core 2 Duo E6750 (2.66Ghz)

4Gb Ram (DDR2)

800Gb HD (1 x 500, 1 x 300)

Windows 7 Ultimate (64)

ATI HD3870 (soon to be Nvidia GTS250)

P35 Neo Motherboard

Thanks again for your input on my post.

Scott
