Language bar options -keymaps missing

Hello!

 

I've installed the Far Eastern IMEs and added a number of additional keympas

as an administrator (Japanese, Chinese, Greek). When I login as a user the

only keymaps they can select using the language bar are English (UK) and

English (US).

 

The users are locked down by group policy so can't even access regional and

language settings - I've looked in group policy and I can't see a reason

they don't see the additional keymaps. Is it profile related?

What is the Windows version of Terminal Services are you running? If this

also happen in physical console, then it may not be Terminal Services

specific, you may get better suggestions if you try other newsgroups such as

microsoft.public.windows.international

microsoft.public.windows.server.setup

It's Windows 2003 R2 Server, when I log on as admin I have the languages I

need in the language bar, but not when I log on as a user...
