You will need to do them seperately from the device manager.

any with a yellow exclamation need to be done the same way as the one you have just done.

Is it an add in card like this

If so then you need the specific driver for that device (from the manufacturer)

No it isn't, let me explain what exaclty is the problem, I bought a new video card and did the normal thing stick it in the PCI slot connect the power to it put the PC back together an turn it on, I got all the way to the windows boot logo then after that the screen goes black and says out of range which normaly means the resolution isn't correct. So I shut down the PC and took the card out and started it back up and went to have a look at the drivers and both them wasn't working so I thought well ya the video card wont work if the PCI port isn't even installed. I know it can't be that the power supply doesn't have enough power the min for the card is 450 and I have a 550.

A new GPU often enough needs a BIOS reset.

Is the card enabled in BIOS?

Is the slot enabled in BIOS?

Are you able to enter BIOS?

Have you tried resetting the BIOS via the mainboards reset jumper?

I updated the BIOS but I don't know how to reset them with this jumper you speak of? is it something inside the actuall PC or is it an option in the BIOS menu? an yes I can get into the BIOS menu.

I enabled the card in the BIOS

And I don't see any enable/disable for the PCI slot

PS: My girlfriends PC has the worse most retarted problems I ever seen with any PC, and she yells at me the entire time while I'm trying to fix it.

To enter BIOS itself you restart your computer and on the screen it will say to enter setup press ?

? is a key wich could be the Del,F1 or F2 key on your keyboard.

Press wich key it tells you to.

Make sure the card is connected internaly first.

You could load defaults while in BIOS this again will indicate according to your BIOS version wich key to press on your keyboard. Then save and exit.

Located near the BIOS battery internaly you will see 3-4 little pins in a row,two of these pins will have a little plastic jumper just like a HDD or CD/DVD drive.

Power off the computer and remove from power outlet.

Remove jumper.

Now if you only have three pins then place the jumper on the middle pin and the empty pin.Wait one minute and replace jumper on origonal pins.

If you have four pins remove jumper and place over the two empty pins and wait a minute or two.Replace jumper on origonal two pins.

Restart your computer.

PS:I is a girl LOL.

I bought a new video card and did the normal thing stick it in the PCI slot

Do you mean PCI-Express, commonly written PCI-E?

Talk us through what was installed before your new video card. Was it onboard video, or an add in card?

Your board spec suggests x4500HD onboard video. If that is true, make sure the new card is removed, boot, and then uninstall the video drivers you have. Restart, go into the BIOS and disable the onboard video (if you can, some are automatic). Now shutdown.

Fit your new card and boot. You should get to logon ok, then either use the CD that came with the card to install the drivers, or download them from ATI or nVidia (those will be newer).

Install, reboot and see how it looks.

Thank you all for helping but I couldn't get the problem fixed, I have the video card working for now, I flashed the BIOS and everything seems to be working fine but it still says that the PCI Serial Port isn't working correctly, it bugs me a little that there's an error on the computer, if I do get it fixed I'll post here so other people can see how I fixed it. :)
