My wireless adapter wasn't connecting to the net, so i removed all network drivers, and tried starting from scratch.

I moved the new drivers over on a usb stick i installed the wrong one first, deleted the driver re-booted, and then tried installing the right one, but got an error after only a few moments of running the setup.

Error: 'An error occured while defining the dialogue box'

I have a belkin application in add remove programs which gives the same error as above when trying to uninstall.

I then found the original disc but it gives another error:

Error:

'The setup has detected that version 1.00.012 of belkin n+ wireless usb adapter is already installed.

This setup installs an earlier version of belkin n+ wireless usb adapter (1.00.10).

You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version.'

But theres no drivers in Device Manager... and i installed a program USBDeview: View any installed/connected USB device on your system

Which located several Belkin items which i uninstalled, had to use run in admin to get it to allow me to remove them.

But still having the exact same results.

Its like everything has become locked and unusable :S

Any ideas?
