RIS and local admin account disabled

I've googled and search MS KB's and can't figure out why my local

admin account is being disabled on fresh RIS imaged PC's.

here is my riprep.sif from my most used image. You will noticed i

have the line "EnableAdminAccountOnDomainJoin = 1" in there. However,

i've tried 3 variations. Removing that line, keeping the original

which is "DisableAdminAccountOnDomainJoin = 1" but chaning the 1 to 0

and 3rd is having the current line.

Anyone have any suggestions?
