I just received word from Dell support that the old support tools are now built in. In addition, the name is changed from Support Tools to RSAT. Instructions on partner sites are confusing as several show screenshots of support tools on the 2008 DVD. The tools were for installation on a 2003 server for preparation to move domain control to the new 2008 server. I will install 2003 support tools instead on that server.
