convert .mkv with subtitles

Currently many anime files (that have been subbed) are in the format .mkv. Whenever i convert them using converters e.g. badaboom, the subbs are not converted with the format into e.g. .mp4. Please help in finding a suitable solution to this problem :( thanks alot in advance goodluckkkk (Y)

The sub title file should be added at the same time to the converter.

I only converted one.Whether it works for all .MKV fILES to .MP4, I can't be sure.

Confidence, is the feeling I get, moments before I stuff something up.
