RDP Printing

I have an HP LJ4700 network printer attached to my LAN and not my server (win

2k3 r2). My XP workstation has the printer installed, but when I remote

desktop to any external server or pc, the printer is not added to the remote

TS session. I've tried several things and no luck. Any ideas anyone?
