Happiness... what it stands for?

okay, considering this link about chasing happiness and people are staying rich in happy even where they are financially poor, Happy Countries and Happy workers, So whats your say? does your present condition of your work or life (personal or official) makes you happy? How many of you mix humor and work in active life? I have heard so many people saying talking humor at work is not acceptable.... ? (in mind: WT H/F, am I a machine?). Seriously, I don't understand this... but... humor and work should me well balanced so a relaxed mind can think better then messed one.

 

To stay happy do you take any steps?
