I find myself perplexed.* Is there now way to parse both the strings below in .Net in a generic way*and get the date time and the timezone offset without resorting to RegEx?

2008-04-29T15:17:25+01:00

2008-04-29T15:17:25Z

Seemes such a simple thing.....
