I got off my morning train today to discover a line of at least 15 heavily armed troopers guarding the platform.

 

I'm talking full to the hilt here, automatic assault rifles in hand, .9mm on the hip and .22 pistols around the boot.

 

 

For some reason my train pulled ontot he same platform as the train that these guys were 'guarding' (even though all the other 10 platforms were available).

 

As 600 people started to disembark from the train onto the platform to make our way into the station and then out into the city, the conductors from the other train began*yelling at everyone.

 

It's not a nice feeling to be yelled at on your way to work by some jerk who is standing behind a line of armed men...

 

All in all, it is a very depressing commentary on the state of contemporary America.

 

And I am Afraid.

 

 

Also, what is the deal with this new Cyber Crime Device from Microsoft? WTH?
