I googled for a way to restore the Address Bar option and found this:

http://www.niversoft.com/downloads/xp-sp3-addressbar.zip It worked

beautifully.

 

Also, SP3 was a great help for me, because I had just done a repair

install of Win-XP Pro after replacing a burned out mother board. Glad

to say that reactivatiojn and registration also went very smoothly.
