Help with direct x please!

ok so I downloaded the new medal of honour beta to play and when i open it it says:

 

'The program can't start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer'

 

So number one how the hell do I fix that haha?!

 

So i searched this and it said it was a direct x problem so i tried to download that from windows, after waiting 30 mins i got this message:

 

'an internal system error has occured please refer to DXerror.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine the problem.'

 

I really don't have any idea what I am meant to do, my computer is a HP Pavilion slimline and I have windows 7.

 

i'm not very good with computers so any help would be amazing, thank you! :) xxx

Open a command window (cmd.exe) and then type dxdiag and hit enter, post any of the screen information here.

You can also download the latest Direct X (which will overide any previous versions) from

I couldn't find anywhere that said to download it, it was just a screen telling me about what it will do?

where can i download it?

 

i'm really sorry if im frustrating, i know nothing about computers so i have no idea what a GPU is and how to update them, so sorry!
