Dunnsdale Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 I have a progam on my pc that keeps causing it to shut down. Its related to an old Nikon camera I don't use anymore. When I click on add/remove programs nothing happens.Just a message saying specified file not found.Any clues please? Quote
Dalo Harkin Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 It means that some of the files in C:/ whatever the program is called are missing/removed and it cannot remove it as it needs these. there are some uninstaller programs that will get rid of it such as Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily Quote Intel Q6600 @ 4Ghz (Watercooled)Asus P5K premium black pearl4GB OCZ Reaper 8500260GTX Join Free PC Help - Register here Donations are welcome - here PC Build We are all members helping other members. Please return here where you may be able to help someone else. After all, no one knows everything and you may have the answer that someone needs.
Dunnsdale Posted October 8, 2010 Author Posted October 8, 2010 Many thanks.I've downloaded the 30 day free trial and it appears to have deleted the remaining bits(registry?).I'll come back and post if it cures the problem. Quote
