macliam Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Hi, I'm new to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help but I've been involved with computing since before the PC was born (leans heavily on walking stick, strokes beard ;)). I'm not a gamer, but I love playing with graphics, digital photos and repairing old scanned prints. Other than that my PC is a workhorse for Internet access, finances (I loooove spreadsheets) and WP. So my kit is getting long in the tooth (like me) and I've never seen the need to change OS (I thought Vista was awful but can't comment on W7). I hope this forum will help me keep my old workhorse going a while longer ..... or suggest some useful additions. Bye for now. Quote
