Microsoft Withdraws Proposal to Acquire Yahoo!

 

"Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) today announced that it has withdrawn its proposal to acquire Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO)............"

So what are your thoughts? Is it a good thing or MS will get back after Yahoo Prices falls ?
