I have A Compaq SR5130 NX desktop computer using Vista. I use AT&T U Verse DSL as an internet connection. I use their wireless router. I have 2 other laptops that get a wireless connection, but my desktop has no wireless connection. When I check my network connection, it says NVIDIA, but no where does it say anything about the U Verse connection. HELP!!!

Where it says Nvidia just means that you have a Nvidia chipset, which include the Ethernet drivers, have a look in control panel > then system > device manager > and see if there are any yellow exclamation marks next to anything

The Nvidia one will be a wired connection, so will be Ethernet not wireless
