What are the steps to create and use a second or third store for mailboxes

and how do I move the mailboxes to another store.

Sounds like an question for microsoft.public.exchange.admin

 

Post a bit more there about your configurations. Single Exchange server,

version (2000,2003,2007), standard or Enterprise, multiple servers, etc...
