SNMP request not working

Hi,

 

We are using Dell IT assistant application to monitor or Dell servers with

Windows 2003 installed via SNMP. Dell IT assistant can detect and monitor

all Dell servers in our networks except for one Windows 2003 SP1 server.

 

SNMP service is starting on that server. Restarting SNMP service and the

server itself won't work. SNMP configuration on that server is exactly the

same as the others so that shouldn't be the problem. Very unlikely that the

problem is with Dell IT assistant since all other server can be detected.

 

Any suggestion on how to fix this problem. I prefer not to

install/reinstall SNMP yet. I would rather just replaced the SNMP files but

don't know the file names and where they are.
