Server 2003 - Limiting jobs sent to Print Spooler?

Hi All,

 

At work we utilise a Windows Server 2003 Print Server.

We have recently had issues whereby customers have unwittingly sent huge

(200+MB) jobs to printers, causing slowdown on the Print Server.

 

Is there any way to limit the size of individual print jobs that are sent to

the Print Server? Is there a way of stopping such jobs before they even

reach the Print Server?

 

Note it would be preferable to accomplish this within Microsoft's own

environment and tools, rather than resorting to 3rd Party, but any ideas

appreciated.
