populating combo boxes

Hi Guys....

 

I want to populate a combo box with a list of tables that are stored in a data base, and when the user selects a table, the fields from that table will appear in a list box, which the user can select which field they want to change.

 

Could anyone advise on the best way to achieve this?

 

I'm using VS2005 Pro, and SQL Server 2000
