Hello, my parents have this printer, its similar to my own so im trying to help them, every time they go to print anything, a box comes up saying it cannot read a watermark, i then click ok and print in this box that appeared and it prints fine, but id like to stop the box appearing, i have been in settings and there is a NONE in the watermark box, so im kind of at a loss now.Any shove in the right direction would be appreciated:cool:

Is it text documents that cause this box to pop up?

 

You can create watermarks in Word ( and other documents ).

It could be that the watermark has been saved as a template and appears on each document.
