Hey, fonts in certain programs I run appear blurred/pixelated.

 

Here's a printscreen example of Windows Live Messenger 2011.

Every other program I run is fine.

 

Suggestions I've had are: to make sure the resolution is right, the DPI is at 96, ClearType is on, reinstalling the software... I've tried everything and nothing seems to work ! I've rolled back to the old Messenger but it's still annoying having it lurking in Windows Updates, and frustrating that I can't find any answers.

You most likely will get conflicting advice,and can waste Techies time.

Exciting that this is the most replies I got to any of the 4 topcis I did - disheartening that both repies are telling me to close the threads though.

 

Conflicting advice, I wish, all I get is change ClearType.

 

Close it yourself.
