EliteMT is the manufacturer, and M32L1632512A (not M32lj6352512a) is

the part number, of a "256K x 32 Bit x 2 Banks Synchronous Graphic

RAM" chip.

See http://www.datasheetarchive.com/preview/2097136.html

To identify your card you could use one or more of the following

methods:

(1) look for an FCC ID and then search here:

https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm

(2) identify the main chip and look for a generic driver.

(3) stick the card in your machine and let Lavalys' Everest Home

Edition detect it:

http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html

(4) use Debug to identify it:

I couldn't find the FQII740TVAGPSD, but FWIW, this is the user manual

for the FQII740AGPSD:

https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/oet/forms/blobs/retrieve.cgi?attachment_id=68274&native_or_pdf=pdf

The manufacturer was Joytech. The card appears to be based on Intel's

i740 AGP chipset. The "TV" in the model number suggests that the card

has a TV out feature. Look for a Brooktree BT868/869 chip.

Generic drivers for Intel's i740 AGP chipset are available here:

http://rapidshare.com/files/100485361/intel-740-agp-95-98-2000.exe

.... or here:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/filter_results.aspx?strTypes=all&ProductID=76&OSFullName=Windows%2A+98+SE&lang=eng&strOSs=18&submit=Go%21

http://tinyurl.com/3z3npw

One caveat with the Rapidshare drivers is that "this driver release

has been validated to work with the Brooktree*, BT868/869 revision 'C'

TV-Out encoder, only".

Here is another possible URL:

I'd at least try Intel's generic i740 AGP drivers.
