Outlook 2003 Safe mode

Hi

 

I have Win2003 TS, there is outlook 2003 sp2 on it and it connects to

exchange server.

 

My problem is that it always starts in safe mode.

 

Any idea?

Are you logging off without closing outlook or outlook is regulary closed?
