Guest Don B. Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Hi All, DFS was incorrectly setup on our primary file server. In so doing, a large number of files were moved to the Frs-staging folder in an encrypted and compressed state. DFS is now working, but the files will not move downstream because their change records in the Change Journal were wiped out. We need to unencrypt and uncompress those files to recover them...desperately. FRS packed up the files to move them, to be sure there is a way to reverse that process? Any thoughts, suggestions, ideas, procedures, etc. are greatly appreciated. -- IT Manager Johnston County Industries http://www.jcindustries.com
