Windows XP sp2 versus XP tablet edition

I have a question, and I apologize if this has already been answered.

I have a Motion m1300. Currently, I have Windows XP Pro running on it, but

I want to know if there are any utitilities that I can download that will

make it similar to the Tablet edition. Specifically, as a tablet user, can I

run XP pro and still have the drawing, sticky notes, journal, etc features?

And where can I get them?
