Text to speech (TTS) in Outlook and Word

Hi,

I am looking for a text to speech (TTS) tool that will allow me to use

Word 2007 and Outlook 2007 to proofread text. In my ideal world, I

would like to see a toolbar in my Word 2007 document that highlights

each word as it is being read. Once I notice a typo, I stop the

program, correct the typo and then click the start from cursor

button.

NextUp's TextAloud has great voices but it does not seem to integrate

well with the two products mentioned. For example, in Outlook the

TextAloud toolbar is not in the window in which you type the email but

in the window in which you read mail. Once I notice a mistake, I stop

the reader, open the edit window correct the typo, save the draft and

then recommence the reader until another typo.

With Word, I open the document (doc extension) in TextAloud's

interface and made the corrections as desribed above. My only problem

is how do I reflect the changes back into the original document Word

2007.

The solution to print a copy of the unproofed text, scribble down the

corrections and then reenter the text manually is an environment

unfriendly, paper wasting and inefficient solution.

I would really appreciate to learn how others may use this technology

effectively or of any products that can do what I am suggesting.

Thank you

Al
