security settings problem

Hi

We have a dedicated server supplied by a hosting company. It is not using

active directory, it's just a standalone server.

We have an application setup like below :

d:\myapp

d:\myapp\myapp.exe

d:\myapp\data

There are other supporting files in the d:\myapp folder.

We are trying to allow the user to run the myapp application, but not let

them into the d:\myapp folder so they can;t do any damage. They need write

access to the data subfolder, but again, I don;t want them ti be able to

view the data folder in case they move or delete something. I can't seem to

find a combination in security settings that works.

Thanks

Andy

Re: security settings problem

Do you want to run this application as TS Remote Apps ?

Check following link on Step-Step guide for TS Remote Apps
