external connector license

I need to get a good price on an external connector license for windows

2003/2008.

 

Can anyone recommend a good reseller?

I have seen on some posts that it should cost in the region of $2000 but

here in England I don't seem to be able to get a quote for less than £1600

(over $3000)...
