Hi Support

I have a setup with 3 servers:

1 x TS

1 x TSG

1 X RemoteApp WI

I have setup the TSG and it works just fine internal.

When acessing it thru our ISA2006 i get the following error:

This computer can´t connect to the remote computer because rge Terminal

Services Gateway is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting later or contact

your network administartor for assistance.

The SSL Publishing rune on the ISA is configured with a listener with the

same trusted certificate as the TSG server. This cert is also trusted on the

client.

The following "denied" is logged on the ISA server:

Original Client IP Client Agent Authenticated Client Service Referring

Server Destination Host Name Transport HTTP Method MIME Type Object SourceSourceProxy Destination Proxy Bidirectional Client Host Name Filter Information

Network Interface Raw IP Header Raw Payload GMT Log Time Source PortProcessingTime Bytes Sent Bytes Received Cache Information Error Information

Hope you cant help me.

Best regards

Jesper

RE: Terminal Service Gateway problems

Looks like some misconfiguration on the ISA. Please refer the TS Gateway Step

by Step guide for deploying TS Gateway with ISA. Here goes the link:

http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver2008/en/library/722f3aa8-2f22-462f-bcc6-72ad31713ddd1033.mspx?mfr=true

Even after this your problem does not get solved, please try the following:

1. Remove ISA from the scenario and see if without ISA, TS Gateway works

fine or not. If it works fine, then you know its an issue with the ISA

configuration. If it does not work, please let us know the error that you get

here.

2. If TS Gateway without ISA works and also the web publishing rule looks

fine to you, see if some other web publishing rules on the ISA is interfering

somewhere.

Thanks,

Vikash
