RDP not functioning after in place upgrade

After I upgraded from windows 2000 to windows 2003 standard edition, rdp no

longer functions on my server. Terminal Services service will not start. I've

tried replacing termdd.sys, I've confirmed that remote boxes are checked.

Short of running a repair on this server, has anyone seen this before and

know of a solution?

Thanks!

Re: RDP not functioning after in place upgrade

Mmm, it's quite some time ago, but I seem to remember that this was a

rather frequent problem after an inplace upgrade from W2K to 2008.

Fresh install was the only remedy, I believe (and that's why I

strongly advice against any inplace upgrade, ever!).
