How can I delete some object identifiers in my Enterprise CA?

I've got some duplicate, non-usable object itentifiers in my Microsoft

Enterprise CA. I'd like to delete them because I need to create a new

Application Policy with the same name and don't want any confusion. Does

anyone know where to go to delete them?
