i am using a pc with intel core 2 duo 1.80 ghz cpu,2 gb ddr 2 ram,Asus p5kpl amps motherboard,640 gb sata hardisk(500 + 80 + 80) and a nvidia geforce 9400 gt graphics card.my operating system is win 7 ultimate.whenever i run my pc a message prompts at the bottom of the screen saying "display driver has stopped responding and this problem has been resolved" but this problem occurs after 30-40 seconds.i tried updating the nvidia graphics driver but that didnt solve the problem.now i have disabled my graphics card in order to run my pc.whenever i try to play any games i cannot play because hardware acceleration is not turned on.when i try to install my motherboards VGA driver in win xp or in win 7,a message prompts up that the system doesnt have the minimum requirement for the installation of the driver.how can i fix my graphics cards problem and where can i find the proper VGA DRIVER for Asus p5kpl amps?please help

Have you tried removing the card first? It sounds like it's detecting the card and trying to install drivers for it.

 

Remove the card and see what happens.

Do you have onboard graphics aswell as an add in card installed?

You cant run both at the same time, you use one or the other..

You cant run both at the same time, you use one or the other..

 

This plus, if that doesn't resolve the issue, i'd try uninstalling the drivers for the card, removing it from the system then give it a good clean with compressed air, resit the card and install the latest drivers and see if that works.
