Windows 2008 Terminal Server - Application Mode - Popups not visible

Hi,

 

I am using Windows Server 2008 Terminal Server in Application mode along with

Vista SP1 clients. The seamless window feature is working fine, but now and

then, the application I pubslihed is client/server application. The problem

is, now and then few popups my application displays are getting hidden in the

terminal server session by the client....all the client sees is, "close

popups" when we try to close the application, but the POPUP window is hidden..

.So, all I need to do is terminate the client session and restart the

application fresh. Any help is appreciated. Application is developed using

Visual Basic 6.0 / SQL database backend.
