I don't know if I am in the correct newsgroup, but I have a question about

Outlook Express....I know you can make a password for it, but I want a

password so it won't even open unless you know the password. Can that be

done??

What can be done is you can ask in a group with OE in the title. You

can notice this group LACKS that.

Ask elsewhere
