How can I speicify an OU in a CSR that I generate in my Enterprise

I need to generate a CSR for submission to GoDaddy.com and I need to make

sure it includes a field called OU = Intel® Client Setup Certificate

 

I've gone through creating a template but I don't see where I can include

this field.
