volsnap errors

Please Please Please someone help me. I am having no end of problems with

Symantec Continuous Protection deleting snapshots when it shouldnt. I have

been told by Symantec several times now that its not their issue and I should

speak to Microsoft at a further cost to my company.

 

Bearing in mind the max limit for shadow copies is 64 and I have 13

currently showing in both CPS and vssadmin. I get this error 'The oldest

shadow copy of volume R: was deleted to keep the total number of shadow

copies of volume R: below a limit.' I have searched for this error and

cannot find anything. Can anyone help?
