Last steps in Migration from NT4 to server 2003

I've migrated most of my users over to server 2003 using ADMT and a trust

between the 2 domains. I have 3 member servers to the old domain that run

Great Plains and various other applications. What are the steps to ensure

everything still works after I shut down the old domain. Here is what I was

planning.

Remove the 2 way trust between domains

Join the old application server to the new domain.

shutdown the old NT4.0 domain controller.

I was told something about removing Sid history but not sure.

Does anyone have the steps involved for a sucessful cutover.
