Hi,

 

 

I have a skullcandy hesh 3 earphones whose mic will not work. The audio works perfectly. It used to work and one day suddenly stopped. I plug them into my computer using the headphone jack. The mic when connected to my phone (both wirelessly and through headphone jack) works. The computer seems to recognize the mic (see picture bellow*) but no sound is recorded. Any idea how I could fix this?

 

*note: my computer is in french
