Why are 1080p YouTube videos stuttering or lagging on Windows 7?

HELP!!!

 

 

I recently updated my PC Drivers, but when I watch YouTube videos on Windows 7, the video lags or stutters at 1080p. Before I updated my PC Drivers, my cursor used to lag like HELL, freezing or stuttering with the video. When I watch videos on Windows 10, no problem. I am currently using an Intel® Core i5-4300U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2 Core Processor. Someone please help me! This is so frustrating!
