Need guidance to increase system drive space to running applications on my laptop.

Hi,

 

I have bn SONY VAIO VPCSA28GG laptop with Windows 7 Professional since 2012. Off late i have been findinf a message Drive C: has less space. Freeup space by removing some files. It has a capacity of 58.9 GB. I have removed all applications. On loading Microsoft Outlook i get this message very frequently and try doing disk cleanup every time to gain. This happens when i open a word, excel or a pdf file. I need guidance to move forward. I have 256 GB SSD divided in to C,D & E Logical partitions. Can i format the drive and increase the capacity of C to 100 GB and upgrade with Windows 10 Your guidance will be highly appreciated.
