Fl00d3d Posted December 10, 2010 Posted December 10, 2010 (edited) Hello FreePcHelp, My name is Chris French. I'm 17 year's old based out of Orlando,FL. I'm a Student currently at Lyman High School. I'm in a Sport Marketing Program called D.E.C.A. What is D.E.C.A You ask? Distributive Education Clubs of America, which is a high school club focused on business and marketing. I'm also Involved with FFA, Future Farmers of America. We are a Agriscience and Horticulture program. I'm currently working to become a Firefighter & EMT student in about 2 years to become a hero. I've been into computers for about 5-6 years now as i find it a fun time. People tend to make fun of me for being a "COMPUTER NERD" as they put it, but there just jealous of my natural skills. My father was a Marine & a Deputy for Seminole county. So i was born under the marine code. (Honor, Respect, Loyalty). Below are some things that i hate which would give you a better perspective on me. Annoying Inconciderate People People who don't use correct Grammar, Punctuation, & Cannot spelling. (I know everyone isn't perfect.. Just they can atlease spell check?) Know it all people Rude & Obnoxious people Disrespectful & Immature staff & people I'm also very handy with vBulletin, Phpbb, & SMF Forum Softwares. All in all, i'm looking forward to being apart of this community, and helping every single one of you individuals with your problems, and hope you do the same for me. Maybe someday i'll get offered a staff position. Oh, i use to run Varsity Cross County till last year i tore my Left ACL and i have Osgood Schlatter in both of my knee's. So know i am lazy.. Anything else you'd like to know about me, Please feel free to send me a private message. Edited December 10, 2010 by Fl00d3d Quote

Starbuck Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 Might be best to update the spell checker........... but there just jealous of my natural skills they're People who don't use correct Grammar, Punctuation, & Cannot spelling spell http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2010/033/b/3/Computer_addict__by_Sinister_Starfeesh.gif Quote Member of:UNITE
BeeCeeBee Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 You are truly a welcoming sole! Starbuck! (sumtimes spelchek jest don work gud. Sole?) http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp336/beeceebee123/SMILEY/thjajaja121.gif Quote "Familiarity breeds contempt - and children." Mark Twain
Fl00d3d Posted December 11, 2010 Author Posted December 11, 2010 Sorry for that Starbuck. I did that while i was on my iPhone. I still quite haven't figured out why on the iPhone when typing/texting some words don't spell correctly. Ex: ( In = I'n ) When i type small words like spell it usually correct it to Spelling. I've been trying to figure it out. Quote
Jelly Bean Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 Yes spell checker would be a good idea considering your initial welcome post said you hated such mistakes as the mistakes you just made.... Annoying Inconciderate People People who don't use correct Grammar, Punctuation, & Cannot spelling. (I know everyone isn't perfect.. Just they can atlease spell check?) Know it all people Rude & Obnoxious people Disrespectful & Immature staff & people "Cannot Spelling" is bad gramma. On this forum we DO NOT worry about bad spelling, nore about bad gramma.Considering english may not be other forum users first language.... Then I point out that many forum members do not understand how computers work or may not understand computer jargon. We take our time to understand what learners are trying to say or do... I personaly have taken offence to what you have written.I am sure other forums users will also agree with me. I have also checked up on you on other forums and what I have read is very unpleasant and that you have been banned off many forums. You have been refered to as arrogant, ignorant and also been called a total noob. I clearly see what you have written is highly intollerant towards other people..... Maybe I should of PMed my thoughts and kept them private, however I want other forum members to see that I myself will not tollerate such an arrogant posting on this forum.... Even the title of your post shows a warning to others not to mess with you. If you wrote above on a job application form as me as a perspective employer, you would never get the job and your application would be straight into the trash and you would not even get as far as an interveiw. I am watching you very close...... Quote Rwy'n ceisio fy ngorau......................
DSTM Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 You hit the nail on the Head,Jelly Bean. Everything Fl00d3d hates,he is guilty of in his first 2 posts. I wouldn't hint about a Staff position,Chris. Not a hope in Hell, IMO.:) Quote Confidence, is the feeling I get, moments before I stuff something up.
BeeCeeBee Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 I have an opinion but I am waiting to see how Jelly Bean really feels. :D Quote "Familiarity breeds contempt - and children." Mark Twain

KenB Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 What a can of worms we have opened here :) I was all for giving this guy the benefit of the doubt ( ignorance of youth ) as I deal with his age group on a daily basis - but as J-B has done such a good job of research I have jumped off the fence !! Chris, At 17 you may think that after playing with computers for 5 years or so you are some sort of expert. "Very Experienced" - I think not. Believe me, compared to some of the folks here you have only just begun to scratch the surface. I can understand, to a certain extent, your arrogance. I work with your age group. You are brought up to believe that you can achieve anything and that you will never fail. ( Just wait until you apply for your first job :) ) If you intend to mix with adults then I suggest that you act like one. Nobody here joins a forum and tells everybody how good they are. They let their posts and constructive advice do the talking. We can soon tell who knows what they are talking about and who is just a loudmouth. By suggesting that you may soon be a moderator really is one way to get folks on your side - NOT! Moderators are invited to join the team. You will rarely find an arrogant, know-all moderator ( even if they do know more than most ). You will find that they are usually pleasant, helpful people who are not afraid to say that they "...do not know". Nobody knows everything. Nobody likes an arrogant, egotistical know-all. Not on this forum or in industry. You will find that people, in general, will be more tolerant of you if you can show that you have a little humility, know your limits and are prepared to EARN you place in society and not demand it. :) Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !! SeanJ Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 Fake 'fl00d3d' The "fl00d3d" user who created this topic is a phony. While doing a search for "Sam Thomas" (the fake name provided in association with my email address, resulting in a lot of spam) I did a Google Images search for "fl00d3d" and saw this user's picture. This person has either found my information through a search or knows me through one of my websites. I am the only person that properly uses the handle "fl00d3d" and have for many years. I am currently 29 years old, a network security professional with programming experience, and the owner of numerous websites - including TGN/Tsunami Gaming which is where I'm certain he obtained my information (including the cut-and-paste copy of my signature). That website has intellectual property and copyright claims all over it and is backed by my company (Tsulutions, LLC). I would advise this foolish child not to impersonate intelligent people on the internet, or it may come back to bite him in the butt. If there is anything the administrators of this website can do to investigate my claim and/or enforce board policy against this user it would be appreciated. I admittedly have never been to this website/forum before and quite honestly don't have any intent to return as of right now. So the best way to reach me would be by private message/email. /r Quote
