My computer wont let me into my files. Message pops up telling me I am signed in as a guest. When I click on my icon on sign on screen screen I can put in my password and Windows lets me in but comes up with a desktop that is not mine. I cannot get into anything of mine. This computer never had a guest sign on it so I have no idea where it came from. I have Win. 7 on it but want to install Win. 10 but can't take a chance on losing any of my files. I have tried numerous things but nothing has worked. Can someone help? Thank You.
