problem with drivers

last night my usb wireless mouse was working perfectly

i signed out of my laptop and went to sleep next day it wasnt working

it shows usb power surge error and usb connection not recognised

i tried updating drivers changing power modes and stuff available on youtube

then i reinstalled windows 10 pro the same version i was running before i installed it

it still wasnt fixed , anyone know how to fix it
