Recycle bin gone?

OK - this is crazy - on Server 2003 I cannot get the recycle bin on the

desktop. I have checked all group polices - both local and domain - and

changed the possible setting to not configured.....still no recycle bin. The

former administrator says he "didn't do anything" that may have caused that.

 

Any ideas?
