Hi All

 

I'm a new member having just joined today. I am not an expert but have acquired some limited knowledge of pcs over the years. I tend to look after the family's pcs. As you will probably guess, I have a problem at the moment that I cannot fix and am hoping you will be able to help me with the diagnosis. I think I need to post it in the relevant section so will not detail it here. Many thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
