SP2

Having problems installing SP2. Have tried the workabout in the MS Help

changing the registry keys and resetting the permissions but it still won`t

install. The Audio CD key seems to be the problem but when I check the

Permissions they are set to full in all. I have also tried the CD and

installing it in safe mode but still access is denied. This is driving me mad

I am not very technical but I am willing to try anything Please can someone

help me.

What error message do you get or where does it stop installing.

Hi Neil,

It stops installing about half way through it gets to FXSAPI.dll then says

Access is denied. Error code 5 something to do with Audio cd but Ihave

changed the registy permissions and still keeps stoping at that point.
